Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. If found guilty of copyright or trademark infringement, BEST BURGERS®, Inc. will pursue legal damages to the fullest extent of the law.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Hong Kong, SAR, CHINA, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
